Optimizing global warming (Tips-02)

Lets have a practice from today to save the earth


“Sleeping habit should be arranged in a better way. No sleeping at day time. All kind of rest and sleeping time should be shifted at night”.

This tips may arise question to you. But it is effective to reduce the heat consumption of the atmosphere and thus also reducing the energy use.

If we want to work at night, then it is very costly because we need extra energy sources to generate light. This light emits heat to the atmosphere and global warming is being faster. So, for the sustainable earth, we should avoid night time work and should utilize our entire day time to work.

This kind of daily practice also can lead to a healthy life. And per day one hour energy saving and reducing of heat consumption by a family can make a big change.

Huuuum . Right. In this case we should also rethink about our extreme dependence on rice. Eating rice is a major cause of day time sleeping.

Is there any scientific explanation of rice eating with sleeping habit? Please inform us with your confirmation and illustration.

Again the countries which are not much depended on rice, they can practice it.

Rice causes fat ! The consequence is clear. Again, rice is alcoholic to some extinct ! Taking rice 2/3 times a day as the staple food is not good.

Anyways, all of us should try to do whatever it takes to stop daytime sleeping .
